Two of the councils in which we tend to place greater emphasis on this site is to exercise regularly and consume the fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants in order to prevent disease and protect your body from free radicals, these tips are not recommended on a whim or because they do play, but all this has a rationale behind.

Besides being both components of what we call a healthy lifestyle, these two recommendations are complementary and go hand in hand, one must be present next to each other, otherwise it will be difficult to get your benefits in isolation. Me explain.

The thyroid gland is housed at the sides and front of the trachea, in the bottom of the larynx. Is an endocrine gland whose function is to regulate the body’s metabolism, proteins and also participates in the hormonal functioning human body.

The thyroid, like any other organ or part of our body, can have performance problems and we must be alert to the symptoms of the thyroid to prevent diseases that could be dangerous if not treated.

One symptom of the thyroid more commonly occurs is diarrhea, which usually indicate hyperthyroidism. But you can also make the opposite case, constipation may also be due to thyroid problems and if accompanied by hair loss, dry skin or neglect is likely that we are dealing with a case of hypothyroidism.

This is a pretty tough diet, because fasting is a plan that only allows you to drink lemon juice for a week or a few days. The lemonade diet was born 50 years ago by the hand of Stanley Burroughs, creator of various alternative remedies.

Addition of vitamins and nutritional melon, recently a group of French researchers have added to the list of benefits rather than a property interest to people wishing to lose weight, or at least not to continue getting fatter.

Melon is not alone, but rather a melon extract marketed under the name of Extramel, which has been shown to have preventive properties of obesity in an experiment with hamsters conducted by Jean-Max Rouanet University of Montpellier.

Rouanet hamsters experimented with dividing them into two groups, giving one of them Extramel and a high-fat diet to test the effects of melon extract on obese animals.

It is known that anorexia is a social phenomenon, and therefore the ideal of beauty that prevails in the West exerts strong pressures on self-esteem and self-worth of many women (men, although to a lesser degree) that seek to shape the body through nutritionally deficient diets and in many cases acute malnutrition.

Fortunately, the campaign against anorexia have done their job. Anorexia we were talking about ten years ago is not as massive as it were, and although we should not lower the arms because the cases still exist in large numbers, believe that we are witnessing a process of modification of the ideal of beauty, which of course is still in its early stages.
