Free Radicals and Sport

Two of the councils in which we tend to place greater emphasis on this site is to exercise regularly and consume the fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants in order to prevent disease and protect your body from free radicals, these tips are not recommended on a whim or because they do play, but all this has a rationale behind.
Besides being both components of what we call a healthy lifestyle, these two recommendations are complementary and go hand in hand, one must be present next to each other, otherwise it will be difficult to get your benefits in isolation. Me explain.
Although mean a key benefit for our body, exercising often has its downside if we do not take action. Is that exercise in itself releases many free radicals, which can affect the state of our cells.
Free radicals are molecules that long-term effect on the occurrence of various diseases, including cancer and damage the genes, proteins and lipids or fats in our body. Some natural antioxidants, however, may represent a “checkmate” free radicals, and you can get them through the consumption of fruit and vegetables.
Vitamin C, vitamin E, beta-carotene or provitamin A, selenium and zinc are some of the antioxidants to which we refer. With consumption of these oxidants can counteract the effects of the sport itself, and neutralize the action of free radicals thus preventing a number of diseases.
Maybe there are other people in here just like me who thinks the same about this issue, because for me it isnt a big issue.
