Ideas to relaxAll people have stress and it is impossible to eliminate but can be controlled without having to go to a monastery. Here are some easy techniques

Breathe deeply. If you feel stress, take a moment and breathe slowly and deeply. Repeat several times and notice how your palpitations become slower and you feel more calm.

Stretch. Take a few minutes to stretch, extend your arms and stretching your muscles move.

A cup of tea or herbal tea. Preferably chamomile, lemon balm (Melissa) or verbena. These herbs and other help to calm nerves and lower stress.

Walk. Take a walk and observe your environment, keep walking until you feel calm.

Exercise. Exercise relaxes and helps fight stress. If you suffer from constant stress is exercise.
