Quit smoking for many is a very difficult decision to make and it’s even harder to actually do it. That’s why when a person chooses to do so must be encouraged and motivated to continue firm in its position and stop this once and for all so unhealthy habit.

Some choose to change the cigarette for a gum, others eat more than they should and there are those who choose to engage in sport. But to start to quit giving you all required first step,  smoking your last cigarette. And that time is perhaps the most difficult.

• Burying the evidence. Take the last pack of cigarettes and bury, is like making a “funeral” this nasty habit. On the other hand if you ever feel like smoking you would have to dig and bury it again, thus going to hinder the arrival of a cigar, and in the process of “digging, burying and digging up” are you sure the urge to smoke .

• Costs. Take a monthly calculation of all the money you spend on cigarettes and then with that amount you would think everything but the spend on cigarettes and could use that money on other things. Interesting, no?

• Fines. Develops a system of fines so that every time someone touches a cigar will come to collect as if they committed a traffic violation. You will need the help of someone willing to charge you, although I’m sure that will not be a problem.

• Start slowly. You can make a deal with yourself and letting go of a cigarette per day, if fumabas 10, tomorrow you can only smoke 9. You will see how in a few days you’re only smoking one, and soon you’ve already forgotten you smoked.
