It is bleak, go to the beach, pool, play carnival, wet and hot and sometimes do not give importance to keep their clothes a bit damp.   • Avoid drafts. They are common in the car, even with air conditioning job. The children are really sensitive to them.

  • No need to be given supplements of vitamin C (ascorbic acid) throughout the year, has been shown to decrease the number of colds a year is not significative (20% approximately). And if my child has a cold
